We know there's another animation on the way and the rumours point towards The Macra Terror. Obviously this isn't outright confirmation, there's a DVD of The Wheel in Space coming out which has been confirmed to not have any animation on it for example. I think 'confirmed' might be overstating Wheel's animation status. Macra is rumoured to be an animation, just as Wheel is rumoured to be a recon. But there's nothing official either way, as far as I have seen. What Charles said. Nothing has been confirmed.

Latest from Phil ... "There will be more announcements next week via BBC" Is this from twitter or some other medium? Cheers Facebook. I believe it’s from the MBW group.

Yeah, what Charles said. I’ve been a subscriber to BritBox since its launch. Those two stories were like that since then. Almost certainly a management thingy. Unavailable and missing are synonymous to them.

Steve Roberts on GB:
We're hoping to announce the other titles that Phil returned a couple of weeks ago sometime next week, via the official BBC Archive Facebook and Twitter feeds. Please don't work yourselves up thinking there will be any Doctor Who, there isn't. It's all comedy shows.

The Omnirumor had a rumor where better quality duplicates of existing DW were found. Maybe the Aztecs were one of those, and TIEA is basically indicating that although not clearly (yet). Mind you, it’s just speculation on my part.

I recall that Dominators 5 is held in a private collection. Plus there were those ones supposedly found in Taiwan, which included a few from season 6. Any more news on Ian Levine's Taiwan recoveries? Were they real or a hoax and where are they now?Any pictures of film cans or documentation to support their existence? Off-topic I know but I always thought Ian was in competition with Phillip Morris or it was some ruse to make him reveal any recoveries... The jury is out on that one. People may be leaning towards a hoax, but it’s never been clarified.

No further info - just rumors at this point. All we know is that Wheel for some reason has a listing on Amazon.com (U.S.). What that one is, is anyone's guess.

A good question actually I have many on line friends that I met threw forums going back to 1998 that I still stay in touch with. Granted we are all over the world and have different lives, occupations and politics but one thing we all agree on is our love for Dr. Who. Now my current wife I introduced to Dr. Who and she loves it Over the past several years, some of my closest friends are from forum friendships. I’m similar to Robert.

I stand by my opinion that more is to come. It’s just a question of when, IMO.

So for fans who don't live in the UK and can't see this on britbox, will this make it to dvd or where can one watch it? It's now available here in Canada on BritBox. Presumably on BritBox in the USA as well. Yes about the U.S.

You mean your recovery of The Lion? Right? Not an episode of Macra? That’s what I assume, just the way your response was written left me confused there for a moment. I believe you though. From what’s been established films were shown and Macra still existed in New Zealand at the time. As a “sighting” it has far more credibility than others that have been investigated. Existed? What about those who say there is no Macra???
