It's been a year, give or take a day or two, since Phil Morris ACTUALLY gave any cans of Dr Who back to the BBC.
How much longer do you need before finally admitting that it is over, that Phil Morris has in-fact got no more lost episodes of Dr Who to bring out of his sock drawer and hand back to the BBC ?
I admitted it a few months ago.

The hunt and the desire will never end but for me the Omni rumor has been over now for 20 days. No more running to Mondas or Gallifrey or what ever missing episode forum to check out the latest reports from the rumoroloigists . Ill just wait for an official announcement. I am tired of going off and reading that "Its all good" and "Good things are coming".
When a good thing arrives Ill be happy and cheer with every one else but I am threw reading the words or the rumor mongers. Better things to do with my time like building model space ships. I rediscovered an old hoppy an have ben having an absolute blast with the amount of free time that I now have. Of course being spring on the weekend I need to tend to the outside of the house but during the work week I am free to build away

I've always taken an open stance to it, so I'm in no need to 'admit' anything to myself.

When Ian Levine apologizes to Phil Morris (again).

I'd hardly place DWM at the cutting edge of investigative journalism and the quotes appear in an article on DVD sales that runs for barely half a page. The omnirumour has been overhyped but treating the speculation on further finds as being dead on the strength of these DWM quotes also run a similar risk.
The truth is, none of us know what is happening.
What is interesting though is that we are constantly reminded not to upset certain interested parties. If the search process is exhausted and there are no more 'found' missing episodes then what sensitivities are there to avoid?
I still hope and remain cautiously optimistic that there will be further developments. There is a lot of spoofing and wild conjecture out there on the interweb to filter out but if you look carefully and listen to the right people, there is some well informed comment that bears up to analysis and which suggests there is still much remaining to be explained.
Not least of which is the ongoing wall of silence and threats of "take downs" for posts on other forums. Why bother if everything available is done, dusted and released?

Like i said, if NDA's have been signed then DWM Know Nothing ! Know one does outside the few who do know ! Thats of course if there is anything back......

The missing eps thread on Tues and Weds over there make very interesting reading, Ian Levine was there and I have to say that when he tones it down, he has a lot of interest to say (just like Charles D who has joined this thread).

I'm with Charles Daniels on this one. It's over when Phil Morris says there's nothing more to come. It might be a long wait.

Easter 9999 according to Planet Mondas. But in all seriousness I am quite confident that there is more to come. As far as I am concerned there will always be one missing. (The Feast of Stephen) Time and time again people have said there will always be 110 missing. Oh wait 109. No 108. Hang on a minute 106 no 97. Given the huge scale of T.I.E.As search spanning over 40 countries I am sure good times are comming. Expect the Unexpected.

How much longer do you need before these melodramatic headings cease?

How much longer do you need before these melodramatic headings cease? Come on Laurence - we're already deprived of enough melodrama as it is under the Moffat regime, give us a break
