What are you talking about? Ian Levine has revealed what he has found as well. The recovery of the first five episodes has been backed up by Paul Vanezis, I'd say his word is pretty much the best confirmation you can get. The other five were only identified a couple of days ago so we'll need to wait and see.
Agree scott ! The question left on the table is, has all of them been put on the table ? Ian would look incredibly hypocritical if he was holding back any episodes. His whole point has been "if I find them on Monday, you will all know by Tuesday." |

HELL YES! If I returned a mouldy vinegared knackered print of Power 1, I would feel beyond amazing about it and think it was the best thing ever to happen to me. Then, if someone else showed up with parts 1-6, THAT would be the best thing ever. I wouldn't buy them a pint - i'd buy them a pub! |

Well the Australian Prime Minister Harold Holt dissapeared from a beach in dec 1967. Perhaps he was a Who fan and got the Australian secret service to post episodes to his Taiwanese hideout? Marty how many 16mm film cans do you think a Chinese midget sub could hold? |

That doesn't really matter. Ian Levine wants the episodes to come back and he wants everyone to know what is back. Phillip Morris is ultimately running a business and isn't there just for the fans (although obviously he is a fan and is out actively looking for them and the hunt was part of his inspiration to set up TIEA). Ian Levine wants to find more episodes, being over shadowed is irrelevant really. He'd gladly be over shadowed, because that means more episodes have been found.
The rivalry isn't out of spite, or Ian Levine wanting to keep his record for recovering missing episodes. It is purely professional/friendly to try and encourage Mr Morris to find more episodes.
