I think at the moment ,there are just 2 lift off with ayshea editions ,where there is no info at all on what guests appeared ,mainly because the tv times for those episodes seem to be missing ,the 2 editions in question are the 22nd and 29th october 1974 ,if anyone has any info at all on who appeared on either of those two shows ,please let us know ,many thanks.

Great stuff glen ,many thanks indeed for this info ,ive searched for years for some info on these 2 shows ,but never had any luck ,i dont suppose you have any more info on any other shows of lift off ,or 45 with kid jensen from the daily express ,only sometimes the newspaper listings give a little bit more info on what groups appeeared on the shows ,sometimes the archive tv listings dont always include all of the artists that appeared ,once again glen this is a great find ,many thanks.

I'm reliably informed that those two surviving editions are from different series, and have different opening titles, so cannot be from the same fortnight as suggested. There's also the 1972 edition which was screened by Kaleidoscope (making three in total) and about 45 minutes of studio inserts from another show.

Here's some more stuff. Don't know if it adds anything to the listings
Daily Mirror Tuesday August 24 1971 - WORLD IN ACTION - THE Australian pop group New World might have been back home by now if it hadn't been for Hughie Green's "Opportunity Knocks!" They were all set to catch the boat back to Australia, then they won six Weeks running on Hughie's show ... They're back on ITV with a guest appearance on the Granada pop show " Lift Off" at 4.55 p.m. The show is introduced by the dolly Ayshea Brough.
Daily Mirror Wednesday November 3 1971 - JACK WILD is so small and has such a schoolboyish face that he has great difficulty in convincing people he's now grown up. The lad who first earned a name for himself as the Artful Dodger in the film " Oliver " is now 19. He's just completed his fourth picture, " The Pied Piper of Hamelin." has had an LP record issued and has made a new single. Tonight he joins the dishy Ayshea Brough to help host the tea time show LIFT OFF (ITV, 4.55). He'll also be singing.
Daily Mirror Wednesday November 22 1972 - BROUGH AND THE SMOOTH - LOVELY Ayshea Brough has lots of friends like Olly Beak, the puppet owl, and the puppy in the picture with the dish mop hairstyle. Today in LIFT OFF WITH AYSHEA (ITV 4.25) her puppet pets will have some competition - mainly from the smooth-voiced Colin Blunstone, the fast rising pop star whose latest hit is "I Don't Believe in Miracles".
Daily Mirror Saturday December 23 1972 - 11.0 Christmas Lift Off: Ayshea Brough introduces The Sweet, New World, Ben Thomas.
Daily Express Friday June 8 1973 - 4.50 LIFT OFF WITH AYSHEA: Filmed sequence of Ayshea's visit to Belfast to sing "requests" for soldiers of the King's Own Royal Border Regiment.
Daily Mirror Friday June 29 1973 - 4.50 Lift Off With Ayshea. With Ayshea Brough, New World, Gary Bond, Middle of the Road.
Daily Express Friday June 29 1973 - 4.50 LIFT OFF WITH AYSHEA: Last in the present series, with New World, Gary Bond, and Middle Of The Road as Ayshea's guests.
Daily Mirror Wednesday November 28 1973 - CARL WAYNE (above) is the man you hear, but don't see, singing the theme song of the Granada show "New Faces." He used to be lead singer of that stormy group The Move, now disbanded. These days Carl is a solo singer and says the wild bit was just a gimmick. He has been doing cabaret and TV spots for eighteen months. You can see him in LIFT OFF WITH AYSHEA (ITV, 4.20 most regions), singing that theme song, called "You're a Star."
Daily Mirror Friday June 22 1973 - 4.50 LIFT OFF WITH AYSHEA. With Ayshea Brough, New World, Slade, Brotherly Love, Jaki Whitren.
Daily Express Wednesday October 24 1973 - 4.20 LIFT OFF WITH AYSHEA: Guests Roy Wood and Wizzard and Abi Ofarim and his post-Esther partner Winter,
Daily Mirror Wednesday October 31 1973 - 4.20 Lift Off with Ayshea ... Lieutenant Pigeon, Jimmy Helms, Whistle.
Daily Mirror Wednesday November 14 1973 - 4.20 LIFT OFF WITH AYSHEA: Ayshea Brough's guests: Gary Glitter, Gene Pitney, and Lynsey de Paul.
Daily Mirror Wednesday December 19 1973 - Marc's a Fred fan - Pop star Marc Bolan makes his first British television appearance in nine months on LIFT OFF WITH AYSHEA (ITV, 4.20). Marc and his group, T Rex, have sold 37,000,000 records in the last three years. " I did this show because I like Fred Barker," says Marc. Fred is Ayshea Brough's puppet dog who helps to introduce the programme. Paul McCartney and his group, Wings, will also be seen performing their new single, "Helen Wheels."
There is probably a lot more, and I'll have to look through other papers so will add anything else I find

Here's some more
DAILY EXPRESS Wednesday November 5 1969 ITV 4.55 LIFT OFF: new series with Ayshea, Graham Bonney
DAILY MIRROR Wednesday October 3 1971 SINGER Jackie Lee (left) is one of the stars in LIFT OFF, which starts a new series (ITV, 4.55). Jackie will be singing "Rupert," a great favourite with the children and one of the tracks on her first album, released this month. Also in this song and dance show are Wally Whyton and Ayshea Brough
DAILY MIRROR, Wednesday April 12 1972 AYSHEA BROUGH returns with a fourth series for the kids — LIFT OFF WITH AYSHEA (ITV, 4.55). Producer Muriel Young is aiming at the 8 to 14-year-olds, who write in their own requests.
DAILY MIRROR Wednesday April 26 1972 THE group Stavely Makepiece who appear In LIFT OFF WITH AYSHEA (ITV, 4.55) have a studio in the lounge of their semi-detached in Coventry — and it seems the neighbours don't mind a bit. Pianist Rob Woodward said: "We started with a small tape recorder, then bought more and more equipment. A neighbour who works from home just moved his office upstairs."
DAILY EXPRESS Wednesday April 26 1972 JUST THE GIRL TO GIVE YOU A LIFT - CATHY COLLINS cuts a fine figure with The Feet — the dancers who appear on Granada TV's pop series "LIFT OFF". She makes her third appearance on the ITV network show tonight. Cathy, who originally came from Bexhill, Sussex, was once a member of the young Generation.
DAILY MIRROR Wednesday June 7 1972 SING WITH SUSAN - SINGER Susan Maughan who hasn't had a major hit since " Bobby's Girl" brings a new number to ITV's LIFT OFF WITH AYSHEA (ITV, 4.55). It's "Everybody Sing." her most successful disc for some time. Despite her absence from the Top Twenty, Susan has been working steadily and her Christmas panto at Wolverhampton was one of this year's longest running shows. She was Little Red Riding Hood. One of the country's top groups, the Barron Knights, will be singing their latest disc, "You're All I Need." Hostess Ayshea offers "You Got a Friend."
DAILY MIRROR Wednesday June 14 1972 PLUGGING A GAP. WHY do so many pop stars and groups agree to appear on the children's tea-time show LIFT OFF WITH AYSHEA (ITV, 4.55)? Answer: Because it is one of the few ways left to them of plugging their new records on TV nowadays. On tonight's " Lift Off," Marvin, Welch and Farrar and Gerry Marsden are included in the line-up. Doing their latest recordings, of course.
DAILY MIRROR Wednesday June 28 1972 PRETTY Barbara Ruskin (pictured above) sings her own song in LIFT OFF WITH AYSHEA (ITV, 4.55). The title is "Beautiful Friendship." Hopefully, the Miss is seeking a hit.
DAILY EXPRESS Wednesday November 15 1972 CATHY KEEPS ON HER TOES - AT 19, Cathy Collins (right) is one of the busiest actresses around. Since her days as a dancer with the Young Generation she has never had to go through that period known in show business as "resting." With several parts in the "Doctor at Large" series to her credit Cathy is now a regular star on the teenagers' programme "Lift Off" (ITV 4.25 today).
The papers are in online archives, but can only be accessed from certain libraries
