I can confirm that Mud-The Secrets That You Keep (27/02/75) exists because I have it, and it looks like it has come from the archives, beginning with a clapperboard. Pete Seaton has confirmed that the whole episode exists in the archives. uk.youtube.com/watch?v=aVc_mILMzi4Thanks for the link. This is the performance that I’d thought I once watched, which is nice to see again.

As there's a Clapperboard, this confirms that 27/02/75 is at the BBC after all! The only other clapperboards I've seen, on You Tube, have been for 15/10/70 and 30/12/71. 29-4-71 also appeared on YouTube a while ago with the clapperboard at the start. Looked like a master copy too judging from what I remember of the clip.

It's intriguing how master copies are obtained unless they're uploaded by current or ex-BBC staff, but they're useful for emphasis.

A clapperboard only tells us that any given VT was originally a BBC master, not proof that the tape currently resides at the BBC though.

In light of these new updates from you and Mark, I'm now wondering if there are any other editions and indeed inserts that exist which are listed as "No" on the Database. Out of the complete editions listed as wiped that do exist, at least these exist at the BBC, but please advise me if you and/or any others know of any other editions that are presumed wiped but actually exist at the BBC, which will enable us all to update our own copies of the Database for optimum accuracy: 27/02/75 - Thanks to this existing, another presumed wiped performance of Showaddywaddy - Sweet Music is in the archive, which is excellent news 09/09/76 - Also repeated on UK Gold 10/02/77 09/09/82 09/08/84 25/12/92 Good news about Showaddywaddy, Sweet Music, if only Hey Rock and Roll was out there too!

I agree. I'd also like to see Hey Rock and Roll if this ever surfaces outside the BBC.
