youtu.be/t_NBkc_8ABg" These samples were shot with a Sony 1/2" open reel handheld video camera. Just when you thought everything has been discovered! You'd be surprised how many private video shoots are still floating around out there. There should be concern over the lifespan of these precious documents, they won't last forever! You can see clear signs of degredation on these clips. Unfortunately only 15 minutes exist of this show on video. "

youtu.be/7-SRjrjT34U" The Blue Nile 'Flags and Fences' by Bernard Rudden is a unique look at the band and the inner workings and relationships of one of the worlds most creative yet Enigmatic Music Trio's on their American Tour.
From all parts of the US this is an insight filmed in 8 and 16mm, giving a real sense and atmosphere of the songs ,places and faces.
The audio on the film has not had any treatment just a straight forward line out from the mixing desk showing how passionate and emotional yet really tight musically that The Blue Nile are..! and are a true live band in every sense.
Bernard Rudden Directs Beautifully Capturing the Atmospheres of the Live Shows to the Streets of the US and the Iconic Places from the Empire State Building and The WTC to Sublime Movement of The Cars,People and TheTrains go by.!
There are some charmingly funny moments in this documentary that give warmth and leave you with an understanding that The Blue Nile are in no way self indulgent, Simply Honest..!
'Flags and Fences' is Very Rare as are The Blue Nile.! I hope that you enjoy this Film giving an Honest and Frank Behind the Scenes Look into the Day to Day Lives of One of Scotland's Finest Bands.

youtu.be/_zfgoJzOCggThe Beatles 1964 ( Unseen Footage ?? )
youtu.be/g8axt8Q_oFc" The Swinging Blue Jeans perform The Hippy Hippy Shake in a mocked-up session recording for the cameras. This was almost certainly made in Spring 1964, just after the Blue Jeans actually taped their version of the 1959 hit song.
The scene appears to have been filmed inside Studio Three, with engineering legend Norman Smith at the recording desk. Smith, of course, powered a great many of the Beatles' recording sessions.
The clip also shows us a rare colour glimpse of the Ready Steady Go television studio. ( IN COLOUR!!!!! )
