Thank you for all the info, John. I would question the inclusion of the Filmfinders film of Bob Dylan's song "On A Night Like This" in the 9.1.73 episode of OGWT as the song was not recorded until sessions on the 6th and 8th November 1973, and was released on Dylan's album "Planet Waves" on 17th January 1974 www.bjorner.com/DSN02100%201973.htm#DSN02200"On A Night Like This" has never been played live www.adamselzer.com/boblast.html#PLANET

Thanks for pointing this out. I suspect as my freehand notes from Infax have been the main reference for these posts, I may have cross referred an item from a show a year later. Either this, or as the Infax source was a prototype perhaps that was a misfiled detail.

Continuing editions chronologically as broadcast -
20.2.73 (The Strawbs, Judee Sill) Held edition
Strawbs (Pavan, tears) - Judee Sill (The Kiss, The Pearl), Alquin, Poco, Moody Blues 'I'm just a singer in a rock n roll band' promo; Elton John interview.
Having studied my notes, can't find any notes for this; so can't confirm either way if anything is held. I am aware though that the show which featured the first of two Judee Sill sessions is not held.
27.2.73 (Country Joe McDonald, Tassavallan Presidenti)
Infax notes imply this show is held complete; other content includes Donovan interview; filmfinders film set to 'Cosmic wheels'; Mickie Most interview; Tony McPhee.
6.3.73 (Argent, Shawn Phillips)
This show also appears to be held complete - content described as; Argent (session - 'God Gave rock and roll to you' + 'it's only money'); Sha na na (2 songs - Crystal Palace Bowl 1972); Shawn Phillips (session - 1 solo song, 1 plus band); Charlie Gilbert - journalist (interview); Roy Buchanan (promo film + 2 live tracks on film 1972); Steve Miller (filmfinders film).
13.3.73 (Roger Daltry, John Martyn)
Believe this is held as a complete show; the session inserts definitely exist; Daltrey performed two songs including single 'Giving it all away'. John Martyn performed 'May you never' and 'I'd rather be the Devil'. The latter is a Skip James standard rearranged for his 'Glistening Glyndebourne' style echoplex, and a 10 min. over run version exists. Martyn refers to making a cock up of changing over his detuned guitars on the last (72) session; which was not recorded.
20.3.73 (Humble Pie, Ry Cooder)
Infax notes imply this edition exists either complete or an awful lot of insert material is held. This includes 2 songs by Humble Pie, 2 songs (I believe) by Ry Cooder, a clip from 'Deliverance' of duelling banjos, and filmfinders film for Led Zeppelins 'No quarter'.
27.3.73 (Badger, Medicine head)
No material appears to exist for this edition.

When first compiling this post I couldn't find notes for this edition so assumed it wasn't held. Obviously the later found notes indicate otherwise but I forgot to delete my original entry before posting. Sorry for any confusion arising there. 3.4.73 - (Roxy music, Allan Taylor) Roxy session insert (Do the strand, in every dream home a heartache); Pink Floyd 'one of these days' animation featured exists on 73 highlights edition. 10.4.73 (Spirit, Gallagher and Lyle) Edition not held. Randy california learned of and lamented this during the 'Spirit of 81' interview with Bob Harris. 17.4.73 (Fairport Convention, Tom Paxton) Fairport Convention session held on VT (2 songs). 24.4.73 (Birtha, David Southern) Birtha session held on VT. 1.5.73 - 2 part edition. Pt 1 (before news, regular show) (Bob Marley and the wailers). Bob Marley session VT held. Pt 2 - Yes live in concert at Rainbow (taped Dec 72). Features Catherine of Aragon (Rick Wakeman); Roundabout Yours is no disgrace; sweet dreams; Wurm; and you and I. (concert tape held). 8.5.73 - Pt 1 (Alquin, Jonathan Kelly). Alquin session VT held. Pt 2 - American blues legends. Live film of 3 numbers apiece from 5 early blues artists, plus interviews inc. (I think); Lightnin' Hopkins. 15.5.73 - Pt 1 (Roy Buchanan, Jan Akkerman). Roy Buchanan session VT held. Pt 2 - Leon Russell, B.B.King live in concert. Presumably this show was live as there is no entry on Infax. 29.5.73 - (Golden Earring, Loudon Wainwright). Session VTs for both artists held. 5.6.73 - Pt 1 (Fanny, Sonny Terry and Brownie McGhee). 'Interview with Sonny Terry exists'. Pt 2 - Focus live concert at Rainbow. This was pre recorded and is held.

RE: the 15.2.72 programme mentioned on previous page and featuring MICK GREENWOOD, JIMMY AND VELLA, FACES on film live.
"I suspect this re used existing Faces footage from a then recent Disco 2', or bought in footage".
The Faces footage used was not from Disco 2. It was live film from the Rainbow, North London, recorded in January 1972 - the songs featured were It's All Over Now, Memphis, I Know I'm Losing You and Stay With Me. This film still exists in the archives at the BBC.
