This was nothing but an advert for the BFI to sell tickets. They allowed this so called reveal / press release to be hyped up to be something it was not. They have taken us all for fools I think.

I'm a little puzzled. All that build up for 1 episode of Citizen James?
Not sure what the point of keeping that one back was. The two Morecambe and Wise episodes, which we already know about, are surely the bigger deal.

I would love to type some stronger words but.. it ain’t worth the effort anymore.
I did not expect any WHO, but I was interested in what comedy gems would be back, one epsiode of Citizen James... those in charge of this don’t care about us, their just playing their own little games to make them feel bigger then what they are. They enjoy seeing us get all worked up, be it WHO or other archive dealings and delight in kicking the legs out from underneath and then blaming us for getting worked up in the frist place.
I’m hoping this is just a ‘on the day’ program announcement and a large BBC/ITV comedy find is yet to come, but to tell you the truth I’m done. It’s not worth the emotional investment anymore.

I agree Mark. A very frustrating and disappointing reveal/announcement/press launch? The whole affair has been handled rather badly. Which is a shame because the return of more Sid James and the recently depated and wonderful Liz Fraser is something to be very happy about. Sad that Liz was denied the opportunity to see this.
