The BFI has changed the date to Sunday 10 March (14:00). This late-breaking alteration occurred too late for the monthly booklet. If you search the BFI web site, you'll see it's definitely on 10 March.

It took me a minute before it clicked that MOE was Mind of Evil (definitely not Larry and Curley's friend:)

Wish they could change the 'Tomb' date. I have a ticket but have just found I am going to have to miss it!!! SOOOOOOoo annoyed. (And before you ask, I have already promised it to a friend.)

Sadly Mr Hines is a noticeable absence this time round. Shame. I hope he is busy.

I may have read it wrong, but it looks like they are showing eps 12 and 56 of Mind Of Evil as opposed to all six. Anyone confirm this?

Sorry, thats 1 and 2 and 5 and 6. MOE is not a 56 episode drama

They're showing all six episodes, Leighton. Episodes 1-4, a break, and then Episodes 5 & 6.

Thanks Richard, I knew I could rely on you. Are you going by the way? We drew a blank on that address in North London if you you weren`t aware Same name, not same guy.

Just tried to book online and it's sold out The BFI members bought all the tickets for the Hartnell and Troughton showings. I wouldn't be surprised if this was the case for The Mind of Evil.

Just tried to book online and it's sold out The BFI members bought all the tickets for the Hartnell and Troughton showings. I wouldn't be surprised if this was the case for The Mind of Evil. Not quite all. I became a member specifically so I could have a better chance of booking these events. The venue was already half booked up by Monday night by those who were BFI guests and donors, sponsors and corporate partners. Officially members are allowed to book tickets from 11.30 onwards but it has become widespread knowledge that tickets can be booked earlier in the day. Due to a heavy workload I wasn't able to phone the BFI until gone 11. Sold Out. The guy asked if I had tried to book online, which I hadn't to which he replied that he was very sorry because there were tickets pending in a lot of online 'baskets' ie. seats were reserved online pending payment. This was before 11.30. This is doubly frustrating because, as you can see from my post above, I am not able to attend the Troughton event this weekend for which I did get a ticket. Just grateful that I was was lucky enough to attend the Hartnell event which was excellent. (And when I tried to book there was a guy in the background who sounded amazed at how fast this has sold out)
