Oh, and for people wondering why I've deleted Mike's post, we've made it clear here in the past that we don't want to hear unsubstantiated rumours from anonymous "reliable sources" - you should be able to work out then that unsubstantiated third hand rumours from unreliable sources don't stand a cat in hell's chance.

Nothing new has recently been added to the rumours and the old ones just seem to be going round in circles. Maybe its time to sit back and relax

Hi, Where did the vote go for who believes that missing episodes have been found? Its not science, but it's a useful indicator if where people are in their knowledge/belief currently.

Seems a bit daft to have a rumours thread without being able to mention rumours unless you reveal your source, and even then it has to be someone the mods deem credible.
Yet if a certain person was to say he is in negotiations over a return he can get away with posting it without revealing any detail, we just have to take his word for it. Why the double standards?

If that person is in negotiations, they shouldn't reveal this fact until it's all done and dusted! Any claims without evidence are meaningless, which is why we don't want them mentioned here. This has all been covered at length before.

Something like this: A 30 second clip, posted to youtube, which shows Katrina writhing in agony in deep space as she is being asphyxiated, after having been ejected out of that spaceship in "Dalek Master Plan" part 4, for starters ... that clip is known not to exist. Something like that would hit it right on the head. |

I know this isn't a "gossip" thread. But it's hardly a "rumours" thread either if hard evidence has to be presented to back statements up. Why can't we have "unproved statements" here? That's what a "rumour" is, after all.

That's presuming of course that those who may physically have any episodes are willing to post on youtube. If any negotiations may be taking place (and I'll word this carefully so this post doesn't get removed) then perhaps the parties involved don't want to post a clip on youtube as there is no need for them to do so..if both parties are aware of what exists what would putting it on youtube do to change any dealings they may have with each other.. Just a thought. |
