About 30 seconds ago I sent my list to my contact at BBC Four with suggestions (as previously discussed with him) for the TOTP rare perfomances show. Fingers Crossed!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It would make more sense to have a dedicated archive show or one based on a specific week in pop in various years instead of plodding along chronologically with 1982 etc. That way you could have the unseen stuff alongside 'classics' etc |

Yes, videotape and there is colour but again as with so many early colour recordings, it's way out of sync and sporadic.
That's the best i could do with the colour signal that is present.
It's probably possible that professional colour restoration could be done if someone had the software, time & money to do so.
