The BBC already have a list of suggestions from me (I gave them a list of almost every 'unseen since broadcast' TOTP performance that exists), and in addition to this, you might like to forward me lists of any BBC performance of chart acts UNSEEN SINCE BROADCAST AND EXISTING. Appearances of performances on other pop programmes, chat shows, kids TV, whatever, but it HAS to be UNSEEN SINCE BROADCAST AND EXISTING, got it? So no 'rumoured' clips, definitely missing performances and no Starman. Trust me, this could well be a brilliant idea....

Manfred Mann - Once More With Felix (Dec '67) performing several numbers, all on colour VT.
The Hollies - two appearances: Bobbie Gentry (Aug '68), one of Graham Nash's last appearances with the band and on colour VT, plus Julie Felix (1970), several numbers.
I'd love to see these screened, particularly the Manfred Mann appearance.

Maybe the wrong thread Ray but if you ever get the chance could you check if ANY clips of The Honeybus or The Idle Race exist anywhere within the clutches of the Beeb. I'm sure not but anyway I'm desperate.....
Other than that...
Wizzard - Angel Fingers Roy Wood - Songs of praise (1972 Eurovision song contest qualifying round..?)

I do wonder about the Idle Race sometimes.. would love to see a list of the TV perfromances they made (they MUST have made some!) .. I do think there is the possibility that somethings out there, just no-one's bothered to look for it.. think of the Bouton Rouge performances by obscure psyche acts like Blossom Toes, Timebox, Kaliedoscope and World of Oz that've surfaced just in the last 2 years. Compared to the archaeology of the actual music, archaology of and interest in the visuals for Uk psyche is a relatively new area and I think there's stuff still to be found.

At the risk of getting repetitive following my posts on other threads, it would be great to see Roxy Music doing Street Life from the 22/11/73 TOTP. Barry Blue and Mud from that episode would be good as well.

Apparently, Demis Roussos' very first TV appearance in the UK was on the Basil Brush show.

John Kongos' Tokoloshe Man from 18/11/71 TOTP, although it's not exactly broadcast quality so probably not a candidate. Thought i'd mention it though as i'd like to see any footage of him performing his hits again.
I'd also second Roxy Music's Street Life performance from the 22/11/73 TOTP as I remember watching it at the time.
