These things take a bit of Time, I don't know if Adrian has written or phoned Bernie as I gave him Bernie's phone number as well. Adrian also has the email address for the Restoration Team which I gave him should Bernie have anything. I suggest not to Badger Adrian with emails as this guy is kindly asking Bernie off his own back, when Adrian has some news I'm sure we will find out.

Well, well, well... This is interesting...

Let's hope this isn't another dead end as most of these leads usually do end up going cold somewhere.

Whilst "The Space Pirates" is not always lauded as a prime example of "Doctor Who" I must confess to have always harboured a secret liking for this particular serial. It is also one of the few missing ones of which so little material survives (photos etc.).

Let's hope we one day see this one in it's entirety...

I have not heard a thing from Adrian yet! I am wondering weather he had any intention of contacting Bernie, I will give it week or so then I will contact Bernie myself If I have no news from Adrian.

Give the guy a break, how was he supposed to know that Adrian might not contact the guy. And if he is still willing to contact that guy by himself then there might be a good chance of the episode being recovered, all we can do is wait and hope for the best.

Well, it is a reasonable question I would have said - he has had the info for 4 months and yet didn't contact the guy himself.

And, without wishing to rain on anyone's parade, there's not a good chance of the episode being recovered because there is only a very, very small chance of there being an episode in the first place.

It would be lovely to be wrong, but it's a terribly thin sort of rumour.

Hey! I will state this again. I have recently changed jobs thats why I have not had the time to contact Bernie. I do episode hunting in my spare time, but earning a living is far more important than contacting Bernie straight away, so I am sorry to dissapoint the conspiracy theriosts. I am now settled and I am able to manage my time a bit better, so I now have time to chase up any lead. Hey, Bernie may not have anything, that is a good posibility, but unless he's asked, how do you know, there is no harm in asking politely.
