Ah, many thanks for the info there Gary much appreciated. I thought that opening bit of footage looked familiar as I believe I saw it on the start of a Hollies Top of the Pops 1974 b/w clip, from this same source it now seems. Many thanks again for the info.

The Who clip is taken from "WHOLE SCENE GOING" first broadcast on 5th Jan 1966, I think it was last broadcast on BBC2 around 1989, full show runs for about 30 minutes, I recorded it on Pal VHS HIFI at SP from analogue broadcast, my copy is far better than that crappy one on Youtube and I already ran it to DVD a few years ago with some other items as follows. Dates may not be exact as I think I got them from a trawl of the internet at the time I authored the DVD, before I knew of this site for getting dates of old shows.
