Does anyone have or know of an on-line episode guide to the German ZDF "Disco" show?

I know its been posted before, but just so everything is in the same place, Disco editions are currently being repeated on German Satellite Channel 3Sat - lineup details of forthcoming editions can be found at www.3sat.de/3sat.php?http://www.3sat.de/musik/37369/index.htmlIf anyone who has got access to these showings can crossreference all the information and provide details as to which shows contain TOTP material, that would be useful.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who reads this board who would be delighted to see a full list of recovered TOTP performances that DISCO has showed over the years. Please print a list here for us all to read. Thanks.

Hi ASM, Thanks for this info - this is very useful. The 1991 Telstar Video release "The Ultimate Video Collection" contains the bulk of the T.Rex TOTP Performances which you have listed, which are the following: - Children of the Revolution
- Hot Love
- Solid Gold Easy Action
- Metal Guru
- Telegram Sam
For anyone unfamiliar with the release, the performances of Hot Love and Metal Guru are not the same ones which the BBC hold and occasionally turn up on TOTP2. A two-part detailed history of Marc Bolan's TV history can be found in Record Collector, issues 190 and 191. Just to round off, The Sweet's "Wig Wam Bam" performance is on "Glam Rock 3", and the alternate Elton John "Daniel" performance is on "The Very Best of Elton John". And... for those who can pick up German Satellite Channel 3sat, the 22/7/72 edition of Disco is being shown on 29/8/03, containing TOTP sourced performances of The Sweet "Little Willy" and Neil Diamond "Song Sung Blue".

DEAR MARK Thank you for your reply. I'm glad that list is of use to you. I hope Laurence scans this forum as he is interested in what ZDF had of TOTP. Please excuse the silly name i've HAD to use, even as a guest to post a message. Because if i use CHARTMAN or my ASM initials I get "AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED" Just Great!

Thanks for the TOTP/Disco list. I've always wanted to see a full list. I was disappointed there was no mention of 'Teenage Rampage' by the Sweet. I was under the impression that this had also surfaced along with Little Willy & Poppa Joe. Is 'Blockbuster' a 3rd different one which isn't on The Sweet video or Glam Rock video. If anyone has a great copy of 'Little Willy' or the lost 'Blockbuster' from TOTP/Disco please contact me on atomic23@cwctv.net I have a huge list of videos, there may be some goodies you're looking for too!

i think Keith Badman commented here that he had definitely found two different clips of Teenage Rampage in overseas archives. so that one is around somewhere. i would like to see Funny Funny turn up.

Yes, Funny Funny and Alander Graham Bell! The latter of which I also recall The Sweet previewing as their new single on Lift Off in 1971. I'd like to see these two songs surface from TOTP though.
