Hi William,
I think again this was a case of me taking The Stage reference at its word! I didn't have access to the Glasgow Herald / Evening Times then, so there was nothing to double check against. So I'll remove that reference and also the one for 2nd December 1978. I'll have to go through Scotttish/Grampian references and now double check them with those newspapers. Most of the newspapers I have pdfs of (Mirror / Mail etc) would be from the south and cut off at the Midlands. The Times was better at looking at the whole of ITV, but I don't have complete runs for each year.
It's a shame the band never made it, they had two TV concerts shown - So It Goes Concerts and Rock Goes To College, plus Whistle Test. Oh well (part one)
Dear All
As per Tony Rees reply above, he is going to remove the entry on TV Pop Diaries for Cado Belle 15/5/78 which means the thread title changes to Another 31 Pop Shows Missing?
03 Cado Belle In Concert STV 15/5/78 repeat, as TV Brain has airdate 21/2/77 as missing

Dear All
As per my reply to Tony Rees on the TV Pop Diaries thread...
Hello Tony
21 Stars In The West 7/10/74 HTV Anita Harris unconfirmed as existing or missing?
Just to let you and everyone know, that, according to several entries in the British Newspaper Archive, Stars In The West was a light-hearted quiz show with Alan Taylor in the chair and the contestants have to guess who said that. The stars such as Anita Harris took part, although I am unable to say what they did, perhaps they said that?
As this is not a Missing Pop Show I will reduce the thread title to Another 30 Pop Shows Missing?

Dear All
The thread title has changed to Another 27 Pop Shows Missing?
as
29 The People's Echo 19/6/77 The Stranglers, Steve Ashley, Karl Dallas, all episodes of series missing
our thanks to the BBC, for today they have replied with
Yes, the Stranglers did appear in this programme – though not in person, it was a film sequence sourced from a company called Red Shadow Music. The programme included a discussion
about what exactly constitutes folk music, so presumably the clip was to illustrate this argument.

Dear All
The thread title is now Another 26 Pop Shows Missing? as
05 Donna's Disco Party Thames 2/1/79 D Summer, Paul Jabara, Marathon, Love & Kisses, Village People
The British Newspaper Archive has entries for this as Donna's Disco Party and Donna Summer's Disco Party
A general search for Love & Kisses brings up
Love & Kisses - Thank God It's Friday - 1978 Promo Film with the following details
The "Thank God It's Friday" footage itself is an excerpt from an original 1978 Casablanca Records 30-minute T.G.I.F. promo film called "Donna Summer Disco Party" which aired on "The Midnight ...
This was probably the NBC programme The Midnight Special 1973-1981
so this 30-minute T.G.I.F. promo film called "Donna Summer Disco Party, was a bought-in show and shown by Thames Television on Tuesday 2 January 1979 5.15 - 5.45 pm and therefore is not a Thames Television production that is missing from their archive. Here is the tvpopdiaries entry for this pop show
Thames Donna’s Disco Party 5:15 - 5:45 pm
