Same as my "Favourite Sixties Serials" poll.
I couldn't do a "Favourite Seventies serial" poll due to the Tom Baker stories being intact.
However if I get permission to do so I am sure there may well be Tom Baker poll in the near future.
I believe that due to a lot of problems with the quality of the film prints of the Pertwee serials, this poll may qualify for inclusion here on this forum.
Anyway enjoy.

Is there a way to limit the number of votes? 12 seems too many , you can vote for 1/2 of his stories!.

You don't have to pick twelve. Just limit your votes to his top 6.

Interesting to see Day of the Daleks leading the way (as I type)
I remember years ago in Dr Who Weekly/Monthly, there was a comment which went something like "Day of the Daleks is not generally considered to be Doctor Who at its best". The main gripe being episode 4 where a handful of knackered dalek casings have to pretend to be an entire army.
I always had a soft spot for "Claws of Axos" myself.

Thanks to James for this opportunity! Very few duds in the Pertwee line-up though Time Monster and Death to the Daleks are amongst the weakest. I've stopped at 8 with a slight bias towards stories that made most impact on first showing in the 1970s rather than my re-visiting via DVDs since. So it's Spearhead, Sea devils, Silurians, Ambassadors, Daemons, Terror, Curse and Frontier. My re-visited verdict would have added in Time warrior, Mind of Evil and Carnival.

I'm picking Inferno and Green Death... I still remember crying like a baby(well i was very young) when JO left.. I loved Jo, and the Doctor driving off into the night was just sad.

Not my favorite Era of Who tho(Pertwee is my least liked Dr). I often found him condescending toward people around him, and it is rare moments like i mentioned above(jo's leaving) that showed him to be deeper and more emotional. Maybe this is an era i should revisit again soon, to see if there are further examples of Pertwee's softer side.

Surprised that Inferno is top [again] must be more popular than I thought. But thankful that the Sea Devils is catching up, my favorite Pertwee serial. Nothing like a good poll!

Since I normally consider Pertwee my least favourite Doctor from the original run, I was rather surprised tofind that there are more than twelve stories I quite like! My absolute favourite is Spearhead, though.

I started watching Doctor Who with Episode Two of The Daemons.
Doctor Who and the Silurians The Ambassadors of Death Terror of the Autons The Daemons The Curse of Peladon The Sea Devils The Mutants The Three Doctors Carnival of Monsters Frontier in Space Planet of the Daleks The Time Warrior
As you can see, I am a Malcolm Hulke and Robert Holmes fan. I also like a lot of the stories where the antagonists are well-motivated, so I have a huge soft spot for a lot of these stories.

I only voted to the ones I've seen & liked the best, so a bit of a skewed vote.
I've read the novels of a few others.

No 1 = Inferno. Perhaps my favourite Who of all time. 7 parts. Camfield AND Letts. It's great speculative fiction. We have not one but TWO bases under siege! The sci-fi plot element of the alternate world being destroyed first is brilliant. We have science vs nature. A villian that fits this theme perfectly and great performances all around. It tops off IMO the best season of Who ever! Season 7. The only story in s7 I didn't vote for was Ambassadors. The worst??? Carnival of Monsters. Lazy. Lazy. Filler.

Here's this alien stuck on a backward planet - populated by stupid apes who shoot things. Of course he is condescending!

True, but to me he is quite unlikeable.... clearly the smartest man in the room and he has no modesty... Funny thing is..he was my earliest Dr who memories and i used to like him alot, its only on re watching that i have noticed his behavior is no longer to my taste

I think that Jon Pertwee was fantastic in the role, very charismatic - although admittedly his Doctor was sometimes badly scripted i.e. his conversation with Brownrose in Terror of the Autons and The Daemons "that bounder Hitler"
