i totalloy agree with you lance. i would love to see recovered clips on tv but i expect it is down to viewing figures. sadly i expect that there are not enough people out there like us who would watch a program full of dodgy clips, after all the bbc didnt even think there were enough viewers to keep top of the pops going even with quality pictures and sound.

just wondering how 'missing' missing epiodes of top of the pops are? this clip of stevie wonder singing living in the city is on you tube however its listed as one of the missing episodes (31/1/74). www.youtube.com/watch?v=5nEHb7sBUYkthere is also a clip of ronnie lane on there from the same episode so maybe the whole episode exists www.youtube.com/watch?v=2z2622nh0W8 if clips like this are on you tube then there must be a lot more out there
