Hmm. On Footage Detectives yesterdat, it was said that they'd be showing "all the playable episodes.../about thirty."
(20 episodes were released on th0 3 DVD volumes that came out).

Just heard the run commences on 13th January? The first episode listed will clearly be an indication of which of the existing episodes will be shown.

I believe they’ve got all the complete ones that survive.

Nice one. But...124 views in 12 hours. Have to admit that I didn't think of checking on Youtube. I suppose most of the black and white episodes haven't been broadcast in a very long time.

I'm looking forward to watching the 60's episodes. It's a shame there is so few surviving from the decade. A mere 6 out of the approximately 250 broadcast.
Overall, just over 7% of Dixon exists which is paltry in comparison that with the other BBC police series of the time-roughly 40% of Z Cars and 70% of Softly Softly survives.

A previous thread on the b&w Dixons (to be read with care) ended with "I thought there was only one surviving colour episode not included on the Dixon DVDs ... 'Molenzicht' (1 Jan 1972). Which other existing colour episodes were not included?". missingepisodes.proboards.com/thread/12355/dixon-dock-green-survivalsbut I think it really was just that one.

I once tried to contact them because I had a good suggestion for a little bonus feature, but no reply.
