Hi All,
Due to Roger's bout with meningitis everything is pushed back until the end of May.
The end of the Tour (although it could continue to the Far East)
The DVD/Box Set is also pushed back until that time. Which means even though we have enough still looking for additional footage. The Audio portion is totally jam packed. The DVD portion may be issued as a 'stand alone' as well. Anyway.... still have time to add things. Anyone have anything further we could use?
Since Eagle Rock was acquired by Universal we will have an easier time clearing things. Offer is the same a Box & a credit. We just don't know how this will sell, but it is something that has to be made for '50' We really want to 'one up the '30' box from 1994... lot of holes in that release.
Shoot me an email if you have any TV or Concert performances.
thank
DWH

Thanks for the update Donal.
A question for you - On the previous released version of 'I Can't Explain' on the 'Who's Better, Who's Best' DVD, is this the original Lambert & Stamp promo film or a re-edited version? If it's been re-edited, any chance of seeing the original version?

That is a promo that was included (silent due to publishing) on the Blu Ray extras of the Lambert & Stamp film. That footage is in hand and it could be used. The song Little Billy was considered. The 'Bucket T' is fan made. On WBWB the footage was shot by Kit at the Marquee & the Scene Club. The Railway was added later and yes it could be used in its original state

Really looking forward to this set!
I hope everything will be presented in it's original aspect ratio and without tampering to the mono soundtracks (unless it's a promo film with the record playing of course)

I don't actually hold any footage, but I'm sure there are some here who can shed some light. I remember there being a piece on TV - probably "Nationwide" - in about 1979, may have coincided with release of "The Kids Are Alright" in which there was some early footage of the band I'm sure I've never seen since. Specifically PT walloping his guitar against a pillar or buttress behind his amps with the usual smoke bombs much in evidence. Not much of a lead but wonder if the segment still exists?

It sounds like it could be Tony palmers 'All My Loving " from BBC 1968?

What has happened with this release, haven't heard any news for about 6 months now. Will it be coming out?

Has anyone got any updates on this project? Hope we eventually get to see what has been found.
