Been doing a spot of anoraking. I have audio of the following TOTP. Don't know how this tallies with what else is out there. But these were not acquired through tape swapping with collectors. They were all tagged on tapes from non collector circuit sources many years ago. quality generally good.
22.10.64 David Jacobs. 25m.
26.11.64 David Jacobs. 24m.

17.11.66 Jimmy Saville. 16m.
25.12.69 Pete Murray/Jimmy Saville. 40m.

Donovan's promo film was actually shot in France, on some beaches that had hosted actual WW2 battles.
