Well playing devils advocate, you could cgi out the tardis replace it with something else. do new credits &call the programme something else and dub out any mention of tardis. At £ 20 quid a pop worldwide sales would give you a more than the 0£ you would get from simply giving it back to the BBC......... Would you want it then ? Not me !

Well Would you buy Marco Polo if the BBC were selling it sans credits and with 30 seconds of Its footage missing in total from all its episodes. if so then the only reason not to buy would be the CGI replacement of the Tardis which I belive would be hardly ever on screen during MP.

I agree with you and feel likewise, but rather like Kerry Packer and test cricket enough would buy to ensure a profit for those who would do something like I described.

I think this CGI/Copyright/Whole thing is getting a bit fantasist now...! Sorry double post. Luckily I copyrighted the first post and I will now sue myself a make a mint .......... Tho i must say that when the last two came back the neah's were very QUIET LOL Not "yeah's and neah's". It's called being neutral. Some people can't handle that concept though. That was Ian Levine. Not the BBC.
Actually it was Blue Peter, but point taken (although they do sort of count as the BBC, don't they?)
No it was Ian Levine. Blue Peter was just a vehicle for advertising it.

It would only make it happen more ! If this person wants to hoard then let him. Nowt we can do about it !

No it was Ian Levine. Blue Peter was just a vehicle for advertising it. Not only that, but IIRC, he wasn't even going to pay for it himself. He was hoping to get some friends to fund the purchase.

Tho i must say that when the last two came back the neah's were very QUIET LOL I am neither a yeah.. or a neah.... i honestly would be surprised if more were returned.. but after the last 2 or so years anything is possible. However as a "neah" i get a bit drained by reading all the "yeah's" posting their beliefs as facts ..."Its clear there is something going on"... It's not clear what so ever...."clear" would mean you have some evidence but you don't.. its just guessing. As for the "neah" going quiet after the eotw/wof find ... maybe they were being drowned out by the "yeah" saying I told you so and here come the other 80 odd rediscovered episodes...

Trouble with sitting on the fence is you get splinters in your arse. Given this situation, explain how this is the case. I'd really like to hear.

The real answer is that sitting on the fence means being pleasantly surprised if something turns up, and not being disappointed if something doesn't. Simples!
