So that your original post reads something along the lines of:
"So I was right; 'YES' did appear. I'm sure 'YES' did 'Side one, Track one' from 'A time and a word'."

It'd be a lot easier to read if you'd use punctuation.

While we're on the topic, this site only lists the musical numbers from series 1 and 2, but refers to series 3 as various acts doing 'musical number'. Does nobody know what specifically ANYONE did, besides it seems now, Yes. What songs did Nanette sing, what about Arrival etc? It appears that Harry thompson may know, as he even critiques performances, but then doesn't say what exactly it is that he's criticising. I realise that nothing musical from series three survives in any shape or form, but it would be ncie to know the details.

I wouldn't know - the composers are M. Leander and E. Seago, publisher is Leeds Music, if that's any help.

Is there any chance of releasing the colour comps as VHS or DVD. I mean it doesn't have any musical or John Lennon copyright?

Most of the colour stuff is on the "Comedy Greats" release. I still naively await the release of the complete (surviving) NOBA box set though............

Is the BBC's Programme-as--broadcast paperwork in the public domain?

Do you mean is it readily available (say on a website*), or is there any right for the public to see it? Or is it not subject to copyright?
The answer to all those I would say is no... However, if you were an academic or other researcher needing the information for a book, say, I don't think you'd have a problem seeing them via the BBC's Written Archives Centre at Caversham. If you just wanted to see them as a fan of a programme, that might be more problematic.
(*with the exception of Dr Who, whose PasBs are on the BBC DW website, at least up to a certain date.)
