Here's a list of surviving RSG footage. It's the same list I posted Nov 21, 2010 with a few corrections/additions.
04Oct1963, 20Nov1964, 11Dec1964 and 16Sep1966 survive as complete episodes so these guest lists should be complete.
The remaining clips are from the chopped-up 1980s reruns. I've tried to match them up based on similar audience members, etc.
Any corrections on these would be appreciated.

Often mistaken for RSG footage:
"The Sounds of Motown" - Rediffusion special broadcast Wednesday 28th April 1965 9:40-10:40 pm (according to Kevin Mulrennan/Tony Reese Pop Diaries).
Other than the Rediffusion connection, this does not appear to be related to Ready Steady Go! But that didn't stop Dave Clark from repackaging this as a "Special Edition" RSG episode in the 1980s.
(Dave Clark added two Marvin Gaye songs from the 20Nov1964 RSG! to the 1980s repeat).
"Ready Steady Go! The Beatles Live (Video 1985)"
www.imdb.com/title/tt0180087/These are actually Beatles songs from the "Around the Beatles" TV special (also Rediffusion, but not RSG!).
Various Dave Clark Five clips from US TV shows (added to the 1980s reruns):
