Hello Again, In searching the Internet recently I stumbled across a website listing hundreds of 16mm prints for sale. I have tried to contact this seller, but no response. here is the site: www.preloved.co.uk/fuseaction-adverts.showadvert/index-216365/efa3646d.htmlCould yield some results, or could be another dead end. I was just wondering if someone in the UK or in Europe could make contact with this seller and see if he has any material that might be relevant to Doctor Who. If anyone has any questions or comments, please leave a response. Thanks, Lance.

Lance --
I wouldn't get your hopes up... There are a lot of 16mm film collectors out there, and most of them don't have any Dr. Who episodes at all - never mind missing ones...

Also there are millions upon millions of 16mm reels out there, you are talking of an infinitesimally low probability that picking out a random collection will yield a reel of missing, Doctor Who.

However, it should be noted that there's no harm in asking such sellers if they have DW reels (or indeed any B&W telly, really).
It may be like looking for a needle in a whole field of haystacks, without even knowing if there's actually a needle to be found; but if there is one there, unless you look you're never going to find the needle...

I have e-mailed the seller, no reply. I was thinking if someone in the UK e-mailed him, then he might reply back sooner. If someone could help me it would be appreciated.
Thanks, Lance.

"Preloved"?? Now there's a work for the Banned Words List! It should go there with "holliday tree".

So, I guess this is another dead end. Oh well, on with the search.
Lance.

He probably killfiled any e-mails with any reference to Dr Who in it. Had you been less specific, you might have got somewhere..

I sent one asking about *any* B&W telly; didn't mention a single show name. I've not had a bounce, or a reply.
