PLEASE NOTE:-
this is just my own stuff or things I have been involved in. Many thanks to many people involved with either copying things, advice, additional information, leads and general help. In addition to Chris Perry these include - in no order - Chris Dabbs, Jeff Leach, Fabio Baglioni, Simon Coward, Gordon Roxburgh, Greg Bakun, Simon and Adam McLean, Rory Langstone, Steve Tipton, Simon Winters, Tony Currie, Larne Meenach, Louis Barfe and, of course, Ashleigh Hennessy. There are, naturally, probably people I've forgotten, and apologies if I have.... Also thanks to the long-suffering people in many an archive who dealt with my enquiries this year.
If I have missed anything out....please remind me!
