Yeah NCRV is a Dutch broadcaster. Best24 is a digital channel that used to repeat a lot of old stuff.

UPDATE on DRUMBEAT (and) HERE'S TO THE NEXT TIME...
The NME announces Cliff Richard is to make his BBC TV on Saturday 9th May: (1959) Cliff Richard breaks entirely new ground on 9 May, when he makes his first appearance on BBC TV - starring in the peak-hour Saturday evening variety presentation. The occasion, which introduces Columbia's teenage sensation to a host of new viewers, to whom his many previous ITV appearances have not been accessible, is the BBC's 35th anniversary tribute to Henry Hall, "Here's To The Next Time". Eric Sykes appears. Following a cavalcade of stars with whom Henry has been associated, the show will close with Cliff and The Drifters - as representatives of the new artists with whom Henry is always coming into contact.
The NME announces Cliff will make a double BBC debut Saturday 9 May with two television appearances: Cliff Richard becomes the first pop singer to star in two BBC - TV shows on the same night! He appears in "Drumbeat" in addition to "Here's To The Next Time later in the evening. Originally booked as a surprise item in the Henry Hall programme, manager Tito Burns arranged for Cliff to also appear in "Drumbeat", which takes to the air just one hour earlier.
TV Pop Diaries says Saturday 9 May BBC Henry Halls' Here's To The Next Time 7.30 - 8.30 pm CR and The Drifters BBC Genomes says 19.30 Here's To The Next Time, featuring Cliff Richard and The Drifters, the programme introduced by John Snagge Making guest appearances: Arthur Askey, Dickie Henderson, Anthea Askey, Dickie Valentine, Joan Regan Producer: Russell Turner
Now, would both these shows have been transmitted from the same BBC Studios? At the time, in 1959 the BBC had the Riverside Studios in Hammersmith and the Television theatre in Shepherds Bush.
It is well documented that Cliff and The Drifters performed on Drumbeat on 9th May 1959... Down The Line and Mean Streak
What is not known, at least on line, is what Cliff and The Drifters performed on Here's To The Next Time... perhaps the only people who may now know are Cliff and those Drifters in May 1959, who would like to ask them?
On 9th May 1959 who were The Drifters at that time? Can anyone find out, or perhaps they know? They may even know which numbers were performed on Here's To The Next Time...

I believe the Hank Marvin, Bruce Welch, Jet Harris, Tony Meehan line-up had been in place since the beginnning of 1959, but I would not be too hopeful that the two survivors would remember what was performed on a TV show almost sixty years ago.

Would it be likely that Mean Streak was one of them, he performed it quite a lot, including the same night:- www.cliffrichardsongs.com/clifftv.htm

Saturday 17 March 1973 ATV Engelbert! 8.30 - 9.30 pm Engelbert Humperdinck, Gilbert O' Sullivan, Olivia Newton-John
Very little is known about this One-off special show. So help is needed to increase the the scant information that is currently known.
All that I can offer, at this time is that
Engelbert released a single the day before on 16 March A: I'm Leaving You B: Time After Time
and that Gilbert released a single 8 days before on 9 March 1973 A: Get Down B: A Very Extraordinary Sort Of Girl
There is a connection between both the singles and the singers, the singles were produced by Gordon Mills who was also the manager of Engelbert and Gilbert.
Gordon Mills had minor fame as part of the trio The Viscounts, who feature in other shows mentioned on this thread. He wrote some songs, with his first I'll Never Get Over You, recorded by Johnny Kidd and The Pirates, reaching number 4 in the UK in 1963. At a party given by singer Terry Dene, Mills met model Jo Waring and they married two years later. Their daughter Clair, then 3 years old, became the subject of the 1972 song Clair by Gilbert O'Sullivan. Mills cleverly renamed a number of famous singers. Tom Woodward became Tom Jones, Gerry Dorsey became Engelbert Humperdinck and Raymond Edward O'Sullivan became Gilbert O'Sullivan.
Does the forum think there may have been duets between Engelbert and Olivia on the show Engelbert!? or perhaps duets between Engelbert and Gilbert? or even Engelbert and Olivia and Gilbert together?

With ONJ it's very possible - he released a duets album since - and she was on it!
