Is it true this will be absent from the imminent DVD? Play.com only list seven of the eight surviving shows.
If it's true, anyone know why?

Nobody really knows (until the disc comes up for sale) whether the retailers have made yet another mistake in their pre-order advertising, or indeed there are only seven episodes on the 2Entertain release.
Either way, we'll know soon enough.

Theres No Way It has The 20 Episodes We Know That now..Maybe There Is"nt Enough Room On The Disc For " The Other Side Of The fence"....It Has Been shown 3 Times Now I Think. BBC 2, Twice..And UK Gold.

If there isn't enough room one one disc, then why not release the title on two?
Let's just forget the rubbish advertised on Play. They got it wrong.
Instead of pointless speculating, let's just wait and see when the title is released before venting any frustration on 2Entertain.

Hi,
I received my DVD today, and I hate to be the bearer of bad tidings, but "The Other Side Of The Fence" is absent from the DVD!!!.
So we've gone from being made to think that all the episodes had been discovered and would be on the DVD to not even having all the available ones!!!
Well done BBC - Again!!!

I've never been impressed by BBC dvds anyway.Apart from Quatermass and Doctor Who,the usual ones are poor and unimpressive.I wont be buying it.I want all the existing editions in one place but this dvd doesnt even have that.

I guess it may have been a bit of a stretch to have 8 episodes on a single DVD

This is Not Good News..i"ve Allready Got mine On The way..to Think I Could"ve Transfered Them from The Vids I Have On To Disc..All Of Them!.can"t Imagine The quality Being Much Better On The Beebs DVD..It"s not Like They Ever Remaster Them...And To Think This could"ve Been A Great Release..All Surviving Episodes..The Others From The Radio Shows..they Could"ve Even Got An Interview With Rodney Bewes as An extra...I Think we Knew All along It was Never Going To be the COMPLETE Series!
