I've spoken to that guy, very nice. Alas STV have moved away from puting its archive on YOUTUBE. As said STV have now centralsied its storage, with Aberdeen only really holding News. STV warehouse holds most other content. does that mean that the positive message that was coming from STV that Simon linked earlier on this thread wipednews.com/features/stvyoutubeplayer/ has now been, or is going to be, reneged on? I hope not!

I hope not! Well no, Part of the problem is Copyright and making money. I know a few shows had to be taken down, Passport quiz and one of the dramas all have to be taken down. I did have a good message explaining what is going on but Alas YOUTUBE has it seems deleted the old messaging service so I can copy and past the message.

William
many thanks for uploading these 3 shows, Larry Go Round, Late Night Larry and Whigmaleerie, the details contained therein are very valuable. Perhaps stv hold some incomplete footage of these shows?

It's a pleasure Simon, there's lots more to come as well,as the Viewer magazine has an impressive amount of information on shows on the list.
Maybe we should offer our services to visit their archives and check

well the following is not one of the 65 and it wasn't uploaded by stv, but as all can see from the very start it is a Scottish Television production, a joint production with Sean Connery. It stars Sean Connery as the onscreen presenter, it is directed by Sean Connery. It is complete at 36.26 minutes. Sean towards the very end says a date of 15/6/67, so this must have been screened by stv shortly after that..it was produced by Bryan Izzard, who did much at stv.. Can some-one tell me the make and model of sports car..Sean is driving at the beginning. Does Sean hold a copy of this? Did he make any more appearances on stv...would some-one like to ask him or find out please.. www.youtube.com/watch?v=7bDCqRtjd6Y

With regards to the adventures of Francie and Josie. I believe that this was also shown on Border, Grampian and Ulster tv. Would these have been shown at the same time or would the tapes / film be sent over at a later date ?. Just might be worth checking out the Ulster / Border archive if they did. Ian You are absolutely correct about The Adventures Of Francie and Josie being shown on Ulster tv. Here they are are 22.40-23.10 pm on Sunday 6 October 1963, on the full television schedule for that day.. www.tvlistings.thetvroomplus.com/listing-476.htmlAs we now know that The Adventures Of Francie and Josie were shown on Ulster Television, is it possible that some of the other 65 were also shown on UTV as well, which may lead to somewhere..
