Normally the only out-take shown is Ade Edmondson having trouble with the Molotov Cocktail, so it would be interesting to see what other material was left out. That's a blooper from the Just For Fun wrap tape, and perhaps the only bit of exclusive material in that compilation. It exists in very reasonable quality. It was also used on one of those Auntie's Bloomers shows. I've seen it used a few times, I think the Late Late Breakfast Show also used it.

Quite a niche product I imagine, I remember it being recommended by a friend.
Lolo Ferarri gained a more respectful voice over after her death.

Certainly the Cyber tomb sets are well realised, but the story is slightly let down by some slips in production standards, but not enough to spoil things.
I've noticed a few aspects of Dr Who have gone in & out of fashion in the time I've been a fan.

I've heard a few fans were let down when Tomb was recovered & didn't meet their expectations. Same with the video release of The Web Planet & repeat of The Daemons.

I can remember seeing Dalek Invasion Earth 2150AD in the mid 1980s & thinking it was a funny scene with all the Robomen eating in unsion while Tom tries to stay in synch.

I can remember a late Playschool singing the song, but didn't show this.

I remember seeing it on something in the late 1980s, before the group of the same name started having hits.

He was also in The Water Babies as both Mr. Masterman & the voice of the Electric Eel. Jon Pertwee was the voice of Jock the Lobster, so another Dr Who connection.

They are known in the trade as bottle episodes. I suppose that I Dream of Jeannie did this? Maybe, sometimes some episodes mostly used Tony's house & the NASA sets.

The 14th might be a documentary about the series, it sounds interesting.

Virtually every TV series does that. Think of Star Trek - either the original or Next Generation. Several stories set in, or almost entirely in, the Enterprise. They are known in the trade as bottle episodes.

From what I've read Timelash was green lit because it could be cheaply & quickly made, balancing the books for the location heavy stories in that season. Kind of like "Edge of Destruction" and "Eve of the Daleks" then. They've been playing that game for near 60 years! I think there were a few cheap to make stories along the years, Carnival Of Monsters (which ended up being expensive!), Kinda & Frontios come to mind.
