Post-watershed. Surprised ... thought there'd be enough interest they'd make it easier for at least some kids to watch. Say in an 8 pm Friday slot. Or at least a 9 pm Friday slot.

Thanks,Steve. Surely it's not post-watershed because of the smoking? I've got one or two promo discs for things like the Harry H.Corbett/Wilfred Brambell drama.I bet a fairly close eye is kept on preview copies of this-if they're still produced? Counts on fingers. So it's the Radio Times which runs from Saturday 16th Nov.In the shops from....actually,I generally make a point of not buying it,or watching current TV... Has the Radio Times done alternate covers for Who in the past?

Thanks,Steve. Surely it's not post-watershed because of the smoking? No, it's at 9pm because that's when BBC Two's drama slots tend to be. I wouldn't have expected it to be on any earlier. Barring daytime repeats, I don't think BBC Two have shown a weeknight drama before 9pm since their Torchwood edits, have they?

Has the Radio Times done alternate covers for Who in the past? Do you mean alternate or consecutive? In the 'Next week' section of the new RT 'An Adventure...' has got top billing, which usually indicates it's going to get the cover. I can't imagine Day of the Doctor not getting a cover or three so it looks like there'll be two Who covers in a row.

Though I was wondering about the potential sales from the black-and-white pound, provided they can squeeze pictures of various Doctors on the covers.

'An Adventure...' looks like it'll be on the cover for the magazine dated 16th-22nd Nov which will be released on 12th Nov, and I'm sure 'Day of the Doctor' will be on the cover dated 23rd-29th, which will be released on 19th Nov.

I noticed earlier in the thread that this was only going being released as a special feature on The Day of the Doctor DVD. Good news to the contrary! www.doctorwhonews.net/2013/11/adventure-space-time-dvd-081113042717.html?m=1Looking forward to seeing this, it should be fantastic. By the way, I was wrong about the broadcast date; I think the UK get it on the 22nd and Australia will get it on the 24th (sorry, I don't know the US airdate, and I assume the New Zealand airdate will be the same as Aus). Sorry, also, if I've missed anyone else's country out.

It's shot in HD, and apparently available on the 50th Special Blu-Ray set that way, minus the extras. So why not a stand-alone BR release, too? Hopefully that's coming, and an announcement will follow!

To me, that background music distracts from the storytelling. Hopefully its just the promo and not like that throughout the film.

Probably just the wrapping the teaser comes in, to conform to whatever is deemed the correct way to make such things. Hopefully a proper trailer will be up in the next few days, to give us more of a taste of what it's like!

Better music and storytelling. But yeah, hoping a bigger trailer appears in a few days. Hell we'll see the thing in a week's time!
