forums.stevehoffman.tv/threads/has-yoko-ever-commented-on-the-unseen-1980-lennon-music-videos.220986/page-21Hi all.. I haven't posted on here for years due to various, let's say, events in my life, but today I have had to register to let all you guys know about this interesting development over John Lennons last filmed studio session. Somewhere here a few years ago there was quite a lenghty discussion regarding this video and whether or not it had been destroyed. The link i have provided at the top of this post takes you to the excellent Steve Hoffman discussion boards where the video is covered in full, but the newly released screen shots should surely give us hope! Let's keep our fingers crossed on this one Cheers all, Mark.

Thanks for this information Mark. Welcome back!
Being a John Lennon/Beatles fan this is very interesting to me, hopefully it will be confirmed one day.

There's a story that JL spoke at length with Jack Douglas, the producer, about some very personal and deep stuff and that this was all captured on tape. The tape was, according to Jack Douglas, deleted after John's death.

According to Jack Douglas everything at these sessions was recorded on audio and he destroyed the last day apparently because of some of the things they talked about. However an interview from the studio during these sessions does exist and here it is www.youtube.com/watch?v=LcXEQZs1dcg the quality isn't good but it's the longest version I think that's available.
