I heard the BBC used to use Asbestos in its sets, not sure if that is true?
Could explain why so many died of Cancer if they were not smokers, it depends on the type of cancer of course. They would of had exposure for many months if true.

They would of had exposure for many months if true. I would have expected the deaths to be on the set construction and disposal side if this were the case. In use the set any asbestos would have been sealed in by paint.

They would of had exposure for many months if true. Judging by the publicity photos at the time I think man either smoked or were around a lot of second hand smoke,
