Does anyone know what (if anything) of "Counterstrike" and "1990" exists (and "R3", actually) and whether they're available anywhere? Thanks all!  |

All "1990" exists (2 series, 16 eps) .. most series transmitted as late as 1977/78 do survive.
I think 4 "Counterstrike" eps survive (the first 4 that were broadcast if memory serves) .. the rest are missing/lost/junked.
Neither has been ever released commercially on video or DVD ... or even repeated on satellite TV during the boom for vintage programming in the mid 90s.
I think "1990" was sold to Australia and screened there aeons ago!
There are several guides to "1990" on the web ... Square Eyed TV and Action TV are tow examples

"R3" - the only piece of footage existing is the trailer for the episode transmitted 4/12/64. There are a couple of tiny snatches of other episodes, but very minor - a glimpse of the credits, and a brief bit of dialogue (no pictures). All three of these items are on the start of film recordings of live programmes.
