This is more like it (although are we sure it's the '60s ABC series of that name? I wasn't aware there were enough editions existing to make up four DVDs)! Flower Of Gloster now please, Network!!

I hope it is,but didn't dare suggest it.Remember this is only volume one! The British Video Association gives this as a colour US-produced show, which is worrying. www.bva.org.uk/node/2201649 They give the category as "television",which is fine, but the sub-category is "lifestyle"? IMDB have a 1990 short film about using safe needles for drug-taking with the same title, but I doubt if Network would be releasing that...

Not Vic Reeves and Bob Mortimer's early 90's vehicle by any chance?

Not Vic Reeves and Bob Mortimer's early 90's vehicle by any chance? I hope not! I note that it says "volume one",rather than "series one".Sometimes e.g. with 'The Liver Birds' DVD companies use this method when there's a problem with some of the material being missing...

Well...I admit that quite a few people were unhappy with the slightly hacked-about DVD of the Vic Reeves' show, but four discs in the first set,and perhaps another four in the second?
And what about the "U.S." bit on the BVA listing?Does it make any sense with either show?

While it would be lovely to have a complete release of Vic Reeves'Big Night Out - I'm sure this will be the 60's show - throw in the surviving 2 "Blackpool Big Night Out" and there's nearly 30 eps. - 2 complete seasons of Big Night Out - I wouldn't be surprised if they skipped the Beatles episodes though

If it is the 60s shows i wonder what pop music acts there are on the surviving episodes there could be some interesting clips on these.

Quite a lot of information on IMDB,though you have to click on individual 'episodes'.I believe. One of the Beatles' (two?) appearances is heavily bootlegged,it seems.
