iwas watching a 1992 vhs comp of this series and wondered ;how many exist in the atv archives? ;D

Good question! I've wondered this myself as he had some interesting musical guests on the show. According to the Kal guide, survival rate is very patchy, with more episodes missing than existing (although there are a reasonable amount surviving). However, there may be more than thought as that '90s compilation on BBC-2 contained some b/w material (which I presume is from the first series) although this isn't referred to in the Kal guide. It seems to be saying all the surviving eps are colour.

there were 2 videos being sold on ebay ;one was described as ;this is tom jones too but seem to have the same songs on as the one i bought.

Having remembered it and then saw the recent showings, it looked like it was fading away magnetically,
unless they were multi -generation sources?
