Interesting! That's a new one on me. The only clue is the appearance of a cue dot top right towards the end of the song, suggesting perhaps it's from an ITV show, just before a commercial break. Also it looks like it should be in colour, so does it date from within the colour strike period?

Reelin' in the Years have the rights in the US to the ITV Archive and they have put quite a few clips up on YOuTube from that source that otherwise aren't up there...

A quick google reveals that Maggie Fitzgibbon hosted 'Maggie's Place' for London Weekend in 1970, as well as acting in 'Manhunt'. Previously she had appeared in BBC soap 'The Newcomers', even recording a single for Page One records.
