yes, im gonna throw this one out again.

i have a TV memory circa late 1972/73/June 74

its def NOT Dr Who ambassadors or death (but similar), it was on early evening, and i was between 2 and 4 years old, with a good possibility i was 3 (1973)

anyway, it was a two spacemen walking on snow (or b/w grass) coming out of the woods, and there was a "shhhhhhhooookkk" bbc type sound effect and it haunts me now. they see a man in a pinstriped suit and a bowler hat getting out of a black morris minor or similar, and they strangle him,

the last time i said this someone did say Quatermass, but im unsure
