Just wondering if anyone can help out with an “Only Fools…” query… As you may know, Michael Bilton recorded two appearances in “Only Fools and Horses” one in the 1983 episode “Friday the 14th” and another in the 1989 feature length special “Jolly Boys Outing” However neither of his appearances made the transmission versions of either episode! My question is, do the earlier edits featuring his appearances still exist? Thanks in advance for any replies! Neil

I'm only guessing, but I imagine the latter (1989) material in terms of deleted scenes to exist more than the 1983 ones. So, yes, something must at least exist. Thanks, Eddie L

OFaH out-takes never seem to crop up anywhere, do they? Even the very recent stuff. Always wondered why.

Sorry to bump it, but an Auntie's Bloomers show did once broadcast out-takes (culled from film stock) of Grandad's hammer hitting the top of the chandelier from 'A Touch of Glass'.
I wonder how much of that session still exists? Perhaps it's only that shot, as it may be been done by Visual Effects at a different time.
Anyone know any more about this?

He can't be that much of a perfectionist...
There is one episode that has been shown a few times where you can see a camera come through one of the bedroom doors on the set and then very quickly is pulled back out of the livingroom set.

I groan when I see the series listed, as it means the BBC have given up IMO!
I don't mind seeing the new episodes, but the repeats I'm getting bored with now!
You try watching a decent archive series now, assuming it exists.
If the greedy actor wanting lots of dosh doesn't do it, then the fickle public will !
The BBC2 Dr Who repeats got taken off 'cos of poor figures at 6pm!
Note to BBC schedulers - Dr Who is not just Tom Baker & the Daleks !
Like everyone, I'm anxiously awaiting the new Tennant episodes.
He's got an hard act to follow IMO.
