Just heard the Freewheelers end credits theme used on War at the door BBC 1,brought back happy memories!,is this library stock music?

To this day its one of those themes that's instantly recognisable, if you're of the right age of course. I'd love to have the surviving episodes on DVD, I wonder if there are enough buffs out there to make it viable?
