Could anyone tell me ;
a) How many episodes were made (and titles)? b) What survives? c) Does anyone know of any plans to release any?
The only clips i've ever seen were on (I think) a "Heroes Of Comedy" on Channel 4 a few years ago, and a longer extract on an el cheapo comedy compilation video called something like "Comedy Classics Of The Sixties", that had Sid bribing a boy to calculate how long it'd take to make a certain amount of bread!
Cheers!

There were 32 episodes - 6 written by Galton & Simpson, and two series of 13 written by Hills & Green. All 6 G&S episodes survive, along with 2 from each of the laster series. See www.bfi.org.uk/showing/nft/interviews/galtonsimpson/01_page.html for Ray Galton & Alan Simpson's opinion of the show (an opinion I pretty much concur with).
