This was first transmitted 27th November 1969. Not sure how many of these were made, though there were at least three others. There is one other existing edition, from 20th November 1969.

It looks like 20/11/69 was the first one, followed by 27/11/69, 25/12/69 and 17/6/70. No idea if either of the last two were repeats.
