Never heard of this show, and can't find anything about it on IMDB or lostshows.
The title is a quote from a movie, The Court Jester starring Danny Kaye. Could it be you're thinking of that?

Yep,I caught the phrase in the 'Shame' episodes of 'Batman',and wondered where it came from.The "vessel with the pestle" routine is from the same movie. I'm still wondering what sort of show GIGIG was.Bit like 'A Whole Scene Going'?
