They would be just simply be film inserts, like those that still exist for the first two episodes of The Daleks Master Plan.
It's likely the inserts for eps 4 and 12, like the others, were junked. Sadly.

Yes, the Film Library routinely stored all the film inserts generated for the programme, which were almost always completed before the episode went into the recording studio. However, once the programme was finished, these were then routinely written off and destroyed, usually within a few months or years.
Of course, a few bits and pieces have survived over the years, either at the BBC or in private hands, so there's always the possibility of other things turning up.

Pre-filmed inserts were useful when making a programme live or "as live" so then performers & cameras could be moved to different sets while the insert was being played.

Im surprised Blue Peter or another show didnt show the Sara Kingdom death scene. Perhaps it was too intense?
