This is a petition for the release of Graham Chapman's last work, "Jake's Journey". (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0204420/)
It's one pilot episode on a tape in the CBS archives. It also has Peter Cook and Rick Mayall in it. However they have no plans for releasing it, and no-one has ever gotten a look at it except for two people who refuse to share anything.
