Sweet looks like it could have been a promo for Dave Cash Radio Programme.

The Hot Chocolate clip looks like one of those Mountain Films promos.

The track is taken from one of these compilations: Sensational Sounds Of The 70s - Vol. 1 Sensational Sounds Of The 70s - Vol. 2 All have the same font and all have the same awful picture and audio quality.

Yes, that's the company. I think they used whatever prints they could find for those VHS releases (possibly 8mm) so i've no idea if the masters (16mm?) still exist anywhere.

I should add that the DVDs used poor quality prints, the famous Mungo Jerry 'In The Summertime' clip, (the one where they are sitting on a green with heavy traffic moving around them) is featured in the Testament of the Seventies box set (BR Music/Universal NL)and the picture quality is a lot better and needless to say the audio has been overdubbed into CD quality stereo.

The Hot Chocolate promo is indeed from Sensational Sounds Of The 70's. I think of these as Music Unlimited promos as I first saw these on those old video tapes of the same name decades ago now. Those old videotapes also included 2 T.Rex promos (Get It On & Jeepster), both looked as mucky as the others. Both the T.Rex promos turned up as extras on 'The Final Word' DVD and look the best I've ever seen them. I believe the folks behind this DVD are posters on this forum, so maybe they can tell us if they cleaned up the two T.Rex promos or indeed if they found far better quality prints than we've seen before, not just of T.Rex but all the others.

Sweet looks like it could have been a promo for Dave Cash Radio Programme. It was It was filmed on Thursday 13th April 1972 at Weston Super Mare, along with Jeanie. These two videos are easily found on Youtube, and are also on the 'Music Unlimited' VHS videos that others have mentioned.
