Im sure this group appeared on his show in 1972 the episode dosent seem to be on the DVD set i bought .

They did.

THE STANLEY BAXTER PICTURE SHOW: with Julia McKenzie, Graham Armitage, The Blackfoot Sue (1972)". This may be down to a variety of reasons, the artists not wanting to be on it, the DVD producer, or copyright. It could be anything!

What did they perform? Standing In The Road? I didn't know of that appearance and it's pleasing to see a UK performance by them still exists (the only thing i've seen has been their Disco appearance). A shame though that this wasn't included in the Baxter DVD release. Those kind of edits are very irritating (i.e. where shows are presented as "complete" editions except for a few key sequences).

Hi Laurence;They were in a sketch with Stanley about a pop group didnt know Julia McKenzie was in it though but didnt know her back then. ;D
