Searched for this on BFI database but nothing as i seem to recall a 70s play around 1975 about these 2 youths and im sure Billy Hamon was in it.

The play was made by Alan Clarke and called 'To Encourage the Others'. It was last repeated in 1990 on BBC 2 as part of the tribute for Clarke when he passed away.
