Can you say which ones are sourced from TOTP and/or TOTP via Disco, please?

Only "Son Of My Father" is taken from TOTP. There are NO clips from disco and NO clips from Hits A Go Go (not sure why nicadare claimed this, but I have the booklet with the sources here on my desk).
Clips are, among others, from Whittaker's World Of Music (Freda Payne & Tremeloes), Sez Les (Middle Of The Road, Blue Mink, Mac & Katie Kissoon), and Reg Varney Venue (Osmonds). Slade has been taken from Granada's Set Of Six.
Most of the other clips are labelled as Promos (e.g. the Kinks clip of Apeman, which has been shown occasionally on VH1). There are many clips on those DVDs which I have never seen before.
