FRom memory, they are all around on VHS, but one master tape is still missing I think.

IIRC it's the D2 digital master that has gone missing since being made in 1992-3. I think the 2" master still exists at the BFI but ITV will not pay to retransfer it until they actually need it for something. Until then the VHS viewing copy that was made at the same time as the D2 dub is the only copy available in the ITV archive.
